Mô tả công việc

  • Work directly with clients in the U.S. beauty industry, acting as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Support and handle client requests via phone, email, and CRM system.
  • Manage and update marketing content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
  • Propose and execute seasonal and performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate with Content and Design teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies to optimize results.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience working in a Marketing role at an agency.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.
  • Be able to work in English
  • Willingness to work night shifts (from 21h - 6h VN Time) in the office to collaborate with U.S.-based clients.
