JOB SUMMARY:
Support customers, staffs to have the full understanding of products and using whilst enhance customer experience in the process of pre-sale and aftersales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Receive products from Company (Restaurants/Stores/Admin… ) and customers that need to be repaired.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to company and customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Check the condition and operation of the product to be repaired.
- Consult with company and customers to determine their repair needs.
- Perform repairs according to requirements and ensure product quality after repair.
- Improve and update product warranty and maintenance procedures.
- Update and add to product user guides for company and customers and internal use.
- Conduct periodic warranty and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Participate in training programs from the firm and the company.
- Regularly update new products and services as needed.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager.
