2W Strategy and Planning Manager

The day-to-day activities:

● Work with Head of Vertical to formulate and execute on strategy for growing the business sustainably in Vietnam

● Program management of all Grab - 2W initiatives for Vietnam market.

● Lead 2W core meetings, and drive initiatives with all the in-country stakeholders to completion.

● Coordinate with regional tech teams, user experience teams, local operational teams to manage new product feature rollouts.

● Maintain budget control and reporting for the 2W business.

● Execute special projects initiatives for new business cases.

● Build monthly presentations and reporting for regional and local leadership on progress and results of key initiatives.

● Exemplify & comply with all principles & core value of Grab.​

The must haves:

● Minimum Bachelor degree.

● At least 5 years experience in a similar position. Background in Consulting would be a plus.

● Strong project and program management experience, with a unique blend of strategic and operational know-how.

● Analytical skills, deep thinking, data driven problem-solving capability.

● Good coordination skills to coordinate between all stakeholders and be effective in a matrix organization.

● Customer Orientation: Understand the needs and expectations of customers and customer service mindset.

● The ability to change and to lead change in time to meet the needs of the business change.

● Effective communication and presentation skills.

● Project management skills/progress.

● Start-up spirit & working under high pressure.
