Responsibility
- Build up qualified chemical vendors
- Vendor evaluation
- Control and manage price, quality and risks
- Understand and conform to chemical law and regulations
- Risk management and Inventory control
- Implement procurement process
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male only
- Age: Over 30
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree (major in Chemical/ Petrochemicals/Environmental is preferred)
- Language: English Business Level
- Experience:
+ Have 3~5 years of experience in chemical procurement
+ Strong negotiation and management skills
