Position: Senior Sales Engineer - Lab Instruments

- Working location: Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City
- Monthly Salary: 28,000,000~35,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Manage and achieve assigned sales budget and contribute to the company’s revenue goals;
− Manage and report potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan and other reports as required.
− Support sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner;
− Develop new busines opportunities by establishing and maintaining a network of market contacts in defined markets, strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners through proactive communication and support.
− Follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in Vietnam;
− Represent and promote company products in a professional manner at tradeshows, conferences,
− Attend sales meetings regularly and provide feedback and suggestions.
− Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries.
− Perform product demonstration in a professional manner for customers’ requirements.
− Collect market/industry data and reports and competitors’ information;
− Provide sales support (quotation to the channel if required) for existing channel partners to strengthen partnerships;
− Assist in onboarding and training new sales engineers or channel partners.
− Recommend and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and customer engagement practices.
− Other duties as requested from time to time by supervisor/manager and/or general director.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age : 28 - 35
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Science, Physics, Material, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering major.
・Language: English - Business Level (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
・Experience: At least 04 to 06 years of working experience in technical sales such as Analytical instrumentations (Particle size analyser, Carbon/Sulfur Analyzer, Oxyden/Ntrogen/Hydrogen Analyzers, Raman spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (Fluorescence) and other labotatory instruments);
- Able to travel within the North of Vietnam frequently and other provinces of Vietnam and
overseas, sometimes with short notice
- Must be very proficient in the use of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook,etc
<Personalities> :
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude to provide good customer service, and with the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Good planning, time management, strong communication & interpersonal skills are required to support interaction amongst all parties;
- Teamwork is a must; Leadership experience is an advantage;
- Be able to learn new products when required
