<Job Responsibilities>
・Support Progress Management:
- Check the work progress of subcontractors in the assigned area and report any issues to the team leader.
・Support Quality & Safety:
- Join safety patrols, follow safety instructions, and help ensure that work is done according to standards.
・Assist Communication:
- Support communication with subcontractors such as carpenters, electricians, and equipment workers, and share updates with the team leader.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Conversational Level
・Experience: More than 1 year of experience working at a Japanese general contractor, especially in factory construction.
・Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
