- Working location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 16,000,000～21,000,000VND

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create, update, and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Create and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;
- Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings, and families;
- Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Background: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering
- Language: English - Intermediate Level
- Experience:
+ From 2-3 years of experience in a BIM Modeler position, including leadership experience
+ Experience in infrastructure projects like tunnels, bridges, train tracks, and stations.
+ Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and others.
+ Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Others:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
+ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
