Responsibility
Our company is developing a construction consulting business with a focus on plant projects.This position will be responsible for project management and member support as a leader of the design department.
- Communicate directly with customers, receive project information, create quotes for projects- Plan the implementation, manage the progress and implementation of the project with other team members, report the progress to the superior- Train and develop the team to be able to meet the needs of the job.- Manage and evaluate employees in the team, propose appropriate salary and bonus regimes- Support the head of the department for management tasks
