119375 - Project Legal Deputy Manager - Real Estate

- Work Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Liaising directly with authorities to follow up the project legal process (1/2000 zoning plan, principal investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc), checking the regulations and negotiating the process.
- Relationship building with the authorities.
- Studying and reporting on relevant property/investment regulations.
- Analyzing the regulations and finding solutions to the problem.
- Understanding the project legally and doing due diligence on potential projects.
- Drafting the letters/documents to be submitted to the authority.
- Managing the legal documents.
- Estimating the project timeline.
- Other works assigned by the legal manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's Degree in Law or Real Estate
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 
- 3 years of experience as a Legal Deputy Manager in the real estate law industry.
- Team lead experience is acceptable
・Solid understanding of corporate and investment law, real estate Law, housing law, and banking-related regulations of Vietnam.

<Preferred Skills>
- Having experience in residential real estate law
