<Job Responsibilities>
1. Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and handle general data entries
2. Prepare sales forecast and analysis data
3. Assist in the maintenance of effective record-keeping and filing systems
4. Liaise with the logistical department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management, and control delivery arrangements
5. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
6. Report and provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC 700 ~)
・Experience and skills: Minimum 5 years in Logistics / Order Processing or related positions
・Experienced working in Korean companies or taking care of Korean customers.
・Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP (or other ERP), and Salesforce (or other CRM)
・Sense of responsibility, diligence, and integrity
