- Work Location: District 07, HCMC
<Job Responsibilities>₋ Arranging purchases/sales of products, recording data on the internal system (SAP). ₋ Prepare import and export documents as required. (Invoice, Packing list, Contract…). ₋ Check export/import documents. ₋ Declare customs for the import and export of goods. ₋ Monitor and communicate with customers about the progress of delivery and customs clearance. ₋ Send samples of goods to customers when requested. ₋ Coordinate with departments to provide high-level service. ₋ Make the quotation as per the sales requirement. ₋ Prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned. ₋ Support sales activities. ₋ Perform other tasks assigned by the manager. ₋ Details will be discussed further during the interview.
