Position: North Division Manager (Front) - InsuranceJob Code: 118813- Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi- Monthly Salary: NegotiationResponsibility1. Client services and exploring new clients:o Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Divisiono Follow up on client’s growth & requirementso Design an insurance program matching the client’s requirementso Negotiate Terms & Conditions with clientso Keep & develop the relationship with clientso Conduct Insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of the insurance policy and the claim procedure)o Arrange risk surveyso Provide consulting services to clientso Explore new clients

2. Business Processing and Supervising:o Manage and follow up business plan of the teamo Manage guidelines for the operation of the teamo Approve the risks within the authority limito Manage and support the claim processo Guide and support the Marketing back staff

3. Coordination with other Divisions:o To cooperate with other Divisions/departments to set up and implement internal policies & guidelines

4. Staff managemento Manage and control day-to-day administrative operations in the teamo Coach & supervise staff to fulfil their jobo Training new Marketing (MKT) staffo Coordinate MKT staff to ensure their cooperation is efficient

5. Reportso Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Company
