Get to know the Role:
- Support and coordinate HRIS matters such as change request and issue resolution
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes
- Maintain Workday HCM system; serve as functional and technical expert
- Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing of EIBs, and interfaces
- Identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues
- Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HRIS queries
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train user on new processes and functionality
- Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
The must haves:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field of study
- Workday HCM configuration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one of other functional area: Absence, Time
- Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning or with studio integration experience
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation
- Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-pace changes
