• Manage warranty activities inside Asia-Pacific Market
• Develop the annual warranty budget and work with the team to manage and monitor expenditures, ensuring proper allocation and cost efficiency.
• Receive, review, and evaluate warranty claims from markets.
• Act as the primary contact window for markets regarding product quality issues and After Sales matters.
• Collect feedback, coordinate with relevant functions, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Organize and lead weekly and monthly meetings with markets to share updates, track pending issues, and align corrective actions.
• Supervise the technical team in providing market support, particularly in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the team on safety campaigns, technical updates, and product recalls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warranty management, aftersales, quality management, or technical service (preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry).
• Knowledge of warranty processes, aftersales operations, and product quality management.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for market support and training.
• Work location: Vinh Phuc (Bus & Allowance for employees from Hanoi)
