Warehouse Supervisor

1. Directly involve to receiving and exporting goods, counting stock, keep goods in good conditions in warehouse which include FG, PM and RM warehouse.

2. Operate and coordinate human resources, vehicles and transport equipment, flexibly adjust all activities at warehouse in order to perform the above tasks with the highest efficiency.

3. Monitoring and managing materail data daily (Import, Export, Inventory) to ensure that data is updated exactly.

4. Manage the allocation of RM & PM for production, receive FG from production and deliver on time, with the right quantity with high accuracy.

5. Control and check the delivery schedule with Purchasing Dept. from suppliers to ensure that materials are coming on time at WH, to stock up on time, and promptly report material delays to Purchasing, Planning, Production.

6. Organize delivery to partners, customers according to the shipping plan of the planning department.

7. Inventory management: Minimum/ maximum inventory; circulate goods; apply FIFO principle, classify goods by batch lot.

8. Check and monitor security systems, fire protection, 5S in the warehouse area to ensure the safety of goods and assets in warehouses.

9. Plan and conduct training on workflow for warehouse job positions.

10. Participating in building and improving SAP warehouse management software.

11. Keep confidentiality of records, documents and information related to production and business activities of the Company.

12. Make stock count and asset according to regular or irregular plan; execute actual inventory report and system.

13. Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.

Knowledge, Experience:

1. Graduated at least from University or above

2. Experience with minimum 5 years factory working in supervisory level.

3. Priority with who has worked in food factory

4. Knowledge about food product manufacturing field

Skills:

1. English:Good both comunication and written.

2. Self-motivated orientation

3. Team management skill, problem solving skill

4. Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
