Warehouse - Project Manager

1. Assist in negotiating a land lease/warehouse contract
• In the contract negotiation phase, coordinate with partners and related departments to agree on the overall implementation plan and the scope of the general work
2. Start and set up the project
• Define project initialization information including Project Objectives, Project Implementation Requirements, Project Boards & Membership roles and Project Information Models.
• General plan (if adjusted)
• Identify details about customers to plan detailed project management.
• The main contact point throughout the project
• Identify risks and have contingency plans
3. Deploy and control the project
• Implementing partner management: managing implementation partners including partners' capabilities to serve the deployment.
• Collaborate with partners and related departments to complete detailed functional requirements, technical implementation requirements, progress, and scope of work. Handling problems and problems arising promptly.
• Prepare minutes of acceptance test in each period
• Coordinating stakeholders in payment and debt recovery
4. Reporting & evaluation
• Make reports periodically and at each stage of the project
• Summarizing and evaluating project results including success factors, failures from project implementation
5. Quality management
• Ensure compliance with the implementation of quality management workflows
• Continuous improvement of processes and initiatives to improve service quality.

• Graduated as Engineer degree
. 5-year experiences of Project Management
. Experienced managing construction of a medium size factory or warehouse
. Experienced design and conceptualize layout for warehouse
. Proven record experienced managing external stakeholders for building new warehouse e.g landlord, government
• Knowledge of industry solutions (Consumer retail, warehousing, ...)
• Understand the products and services of the Warehouse. As well as the technical capacity of the company.
• Communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
