Warehouse Leader (Apparel/ Garment)

Ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and issuance of yarn materials in compliance with internal procedures and FOB manufacturing requirements.

a. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily operations of the yarn warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing yarn to production.
• Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure no expired/damaged materials are used.

b. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical vs. system data.

c. Team Management

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and 5S standards.

d. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with production, QA, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate regular reports on stock status, material movement, and warehouse performance.

• College degree or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
• At least 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Experience managing yarn warehouse in FOB garment/textile factories is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiar with WMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good at English (both verbal & written)
• Working in factory warehouse environment with shift work if required
