Job Description:
• Lead and bring up a project management team to manage global projects
• Co-work with other departments like marketing, technical group to build and standardize operator requirements (both SW and HW)
• Check feasibility and make plan for SW/HW development for operator requirements
• Prepare specification document and submit to operator for ranging
• Define working process with related departments for global projects
• Co-work with marketing, test house to achieve TA certificate of global operators
• Coordinate internal resources (design, hardware, software, quality assurance, quality control) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, resources and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements :
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Proven at least 5 years working experience as a project manager in the mobile phone development
• Have strong knowledge on operator requirement (RF performance, band requirement, CA, VoLTE, RCS, …)
• Have at least 3 successful models with top euro operators (DT, Orange, Vodafone, Telefonica, CKH) or US operators (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills , including having the ability to deal with difficult situations and manage conflicts to successful resolutions
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
• Own strong leadership and be able to build up team
• PMP / SCRUM / AGILE certification is a plus
