- Good IT, numerical and analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Knowledge
- Knowledge of procurement strategies
- Good knowledge of the legal aspects of purchasing with the ability to formulate purchasing contracts and service level
