Working closely with Recruitment Lead in order to increasing internal engagement and attracting external talents by:
- Build up talents pool for specific position by developing new and/or optimizing current channels as well as offline events/activities with strategic recruitment partners (universities, groups,...);
- Produce and maintain content/photo/video execution for careers website, facebook fan page, recruitment website and other branding channels;
- Evaluate and launch new and emerge recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies;
- Plan and organize internal engagement activities (company meeting,game/contest/ birthday, company trip,…);
- Other activities..
Detailed Skills/Requirements
- Passion in HR/Employer Branding career development;
- Can-do attitude;
- Smart and active learning;
- Experience in Fan-page management/ Content writer... is preferred.
