As an Hardware Technician at Saigon Studio, working under Hardware Supervisor's responsibility, you will assist him in the following tasks:

- Manage the internal park and setting up an effective and adapted solution of management for the supported devices park;
- Research and develop new solution for preservation and searching devices to relevant to management task of department.
- Register and keep tracks of all devices borrowings for production teams, ensuring that the borrowers keep, maintain and give back the devices in accordance with the company regulations
- Response requirements of devices and information from other department and other studios.
- Examine cellphone unit, observe operation, install testing program into it to test and update phones’ technical specs, specific issues and solutions, drivers, tools into Technical Knowledge Data Base Web Tool
- Update, repair and setup devices software due to production team's request and giving advices to resolve devices problem (set up GPRS/WAP, Services Book, Wifi setting, critical software issues, firmware issues…) to ensure that all pertinent repair and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition.
- Make presentation and introduction to new users, give them guideline and effectively support to help them follow the HW process (give instruction and template to request the help from HW for problem resolve), explain the importance of characteristic of prototype device and keeping confidential for them
- Run HW process, observe and optimize the process related to task and raise new ideas to make HW process effectively.
- Work with courier service, prepare paper and procedures, manage the transportation of devices between studios in Vietnam and oversea.
- Buying all necessary materials - devices and accessories for the studio with approval from Studio Manager
- Follow up strictly the Security Policy and Procedures defined by Head Quarters, the World Hardware Security Manager and the Studio Manager;
