Total Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for quality assurance efforts for printing labels.
• Handle all customer complain related to printing labels and take corrective action
• Analyze and improve quality procedure in printing labels
• Follow up all the customer requirements as Trim Cards/Samples
• Standard Operation Principles (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) establishment
• Make sure all testing are done as per customer requirement.
• Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
• Internal contact: all departments in Operations and Regional and corporate team, counterparts in other AD sites for related tasks
• External contact:

  • Customers (RBO, vendors)
  • Testing service agents
  • External auditors
  • Contractors, suppliers

Requirements:

• University degree in chemical or production management.
• At least 3 years experienced in field of Quality Control, printing industry is preferable.
• Good Vietnamese and English communication
• Strong people leadership; interpersonal skill; problem solving skill.
