Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Vietnamese Financial Manager
Assigned to Purchasing Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Purchase all materials and tools, chemicals, stationery to serve business activities of the company.
-Prepare a plan to supply materials to ensure good coordination with other departments, maximize shared opportunities, and ensure the company's operations in accordance with programs and policies. of the locality.
-Make sure to order on time, and purchase within the budget allowed at reasonable prices, good quality according to the standards required.
-Assess the impact of external environmental factors on prices, supplies, transportation of materials.
-Track supplies and logistics support for sales activities.
-Pay close attention to suppliers' sources of supply and purchase requirements.
-Contact and negotiate with local suppliers for the purchase and distribution of the required amount of material.
-Coordinate with the accounting department to plan the cost of purchase and control the cost of supplies.
-Monitor the transportation of materials from the supplier to the factory.
-Assess the market supply potential by means of field trips.
-Strict control of the activities of the material supply.
-Other tasks assigned by the Director.
-Report to Manager about :
The market situation, quantity, price and price trends fluctuate, get enough quotation according to regulation.
Information about competitors and other information.
The capacity of suppliers (quantity, quality, services: hygiene and food safety, financial situation)
The purchase cost estimate for finance and accounting department
-Forecast material for the company for production

-Experience: Have experience of 5 years or more, of which at least 3 years in equivalent management position, preferably candidates with experience working in the factory.
-Have good analytical skills, negotiating skills with suppliers ... ensure the purchase of the right quality, correct quantity and on time.
-Leadership and good work orientation
-Have systematic and logical thinking.
