- Monitor factory adherence for all aspects of our quality assurance program
- Report quality-related issues and actively participate in coaching the factory in solving problems
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement training and attend weekly quality meetings with supervisor and factory management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Footwear Technology from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years experience in shoe manufacturing and inspection
- Proficeint in written and spoken English required
- Spoken Mandarin preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
