Telesales Team Leader

- Managing a team from 15 – 20 telesales agent
- Ensure KPI of the team: daily, weekly, monthly KPI on total of call, total of reaching target consumer, sales conversion
- Training, coaching agents in term of products, knowledge, process, system, soft skill, to ensure agent received enough knowledge & skill to deliver expected business result
- Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly basic for line manager and as Client’s requirements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 year of experience in team lead position in telesales/telemarketing environment
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing nutrition products is a plus
- High KPI oriented
- Good managing, communication, consulting skills and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and high tolerance for stress;
