Technical Trainer

Your role: As a Technical Trainer, you will:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Help shape the current strategy of the existing training programs.
• Collect information related to work procedures, workflow, and reports.
• Track the progress of employees, evaluate the performance of employees and give your feedback.
• Design effective training material.
• Conduct technical training sessions on a regular basis.
• Maintain and update training data on a regular basis.
• Present training budget estimates. 
• Collect feedback from trainees and trainers about technical training sessions.
• Maintain a healthy training environment in compliance with organization standards and legal regulations.
• Educate the team about the maintenance of the operation of equipment by following the manufacturer's instructions.

What you need:

• At least Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer or related position
• Bachelor or Master’s degree of technical field (Electrical, Electronics, Automation,…)
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms, Assembly and Test Manufacturing knowledge and hands-on experience is preferred
• Strict adherence to guidelines and mission of the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comprehension with the ability to perform a task or function as Trainer 
• Good interpersonal skills and communication. Trainers must be capable of creating positive learning environment and creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly and evaluating learning outcomes
• Organize and able to create schedules of training and certification
• Strong analytical and planning skills to assess training needs
• Possesses skillsets and qualification needed for manufacturing operations and ability to adjust to business operation.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence to establish facts and draw valid conclusions
