Technical Recruiter

ZALORA Engineering is looking a Technical Recruiter. As a Technical Recruiter you will play an important role in helping our recruiting team hire the best, brightest candidates. You will work closely with interviewers and hiring managers and provide a regular report on performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Hiring/Recruiting

• Understand the responsibility and requirement of each hiring role
• Optimise our hiring pipeline and sourcing channel: referrals, inbound and outbound
• Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
• Responsible for discovering the most talented people, tapping into all kinds of tools and resources to uncover the best untapped talent out there: Linkedin, Github, stackoverflow, social networking sites...
• Engage with passive candidates, learn about their aspirations and interests and help them connect with roles, projects and opportunities at ZALORA
• Own and drive full technical recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, orientation, etc.
• Compile, analyze and capture insights from data

2. Employer Branding

• Come up with ideas for appropriate activities/contents for the Employer Branding
• Support the events

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience or marketing experience
• Proven track records to hire Tech positions especially Data Science positions is an advantage
• Good communication skills and be fluent in English
• Proficient in communication, data analytics, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Self-organized personal
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• Having experience of ATS/Hiring system would be a plus
• CAN-DO attitude and willing to learn
