• Coordinate with suppliers for providing technical solutions to customers.
• Identifying and providing technical support to Customers including problem shooting, formulation, trial running, etc. to meet Customer needs/ expectation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with concerned Customers.
• Support distributors/customers to develop the assigned market.
• Call on customers to explore business opportunity & build good relationship

• University graduate, specialized in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical process & Equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical or sales
• Good Command of English
• Experienced in repairing, maintenance process
• Strong networking with service departments of dealers
• Be able to work independently to execute assignments within established Targets
• Job skills/ Competencies: communication skills, selling skills, customer management
