Senior Workforce Strategy & Program Management Executive - Workforce Management, SPX Express

• Analyze end-to-end workforce acquisition and retention performance to identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis across channel
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel performance and key workforce KPIs, enabling timely performance tracking and decision-making
• Design analytical frameworks to evaluate workforce acquisition initiatives and programs.
• Generate actionable insights by analyzing workforce data, market trends, competitor activities, initiative program and labor segments
• Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision making & implement project follow direction
