Job Descriptions

• Build and develop business relationships with potential customers in the assigned industry segments: office building, apartment, shoping mall, factory, public facilities (school, hospital, etc.), hotel, retail stores, etc.
• Evaluate customers’ existing and potential needs to make appropriate recommendations and sales.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales team
• Conduct objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales staffs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Male/ Female
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Good command of English.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Good at mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
