As a Senior iOS/Android Developer, you will:

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs, and improve application performance.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices.
• To design solutions independently.

Skills & Requirements

Senior IOS Developer

• Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of native iOS app development experience; 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Advanced Objective-C/Swift skills.
• Proficiency with threading and performance tuning
• Strong sense of design and user-centered perspective.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN or Git.
• Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes
• Experience in implementing & maintaining iOS Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
• Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines.
• Responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts
• You are a problem solver with good analytical skills.
• You are curious about new technologies and you are excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
• Knowledge related to publishing on the App Store

Senior Android Developer

• Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in native Android development with Java/Kotlin. 8+ years of experience technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Deep understanding of Object Oriental Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Experience with REST/SOAP-based web services, AJAX and JSON.
• Experience with source code control systems such as SVN, CVS or Git.
• Good familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs, such as OKHTTP, RxJava, Firebase.
• Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes.
• Experience in implementing & maintaining Android Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Bonus points if:

• Candidate has active Github and/or Stack Overflow profile.
• Knowledge of the Android SDK performance tools and optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience of Flutter or React Native development.
