Senior Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

• The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our immigration services, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement.
• This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigration industry and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Content Creation and Management

• Create compelling and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Oversee the development and execution of content marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
• Produce high-quality video content  (shooting, editing, and post-production) for social media, advertisements, and client-facing materials.
• Design professional promotional posters , banners, infographics, and other visual assets for campaigns and events.

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote immigration services and special programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Client Engagement and Outreach

• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote services and network with potential clients.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Analytics and Reporting

• Understand Digital Marketing deeply & utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for manager, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of  5 years of experience  in marketing, preferably within the immigration or legal services industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Non-Negotiable Technical Skills:   Video Production:  Proven experience in shooting, editing, and producing video content for marketing purposes (e.g., client testimonials, promotional videos, social media reels, webinars).
• Graphic Design:  Strong ability to design professional posters, banners, infographics, and other marketing visuals using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or equivalent.
