- Schedule and conduct recruitment strategy and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
- Identify the training needs by joining fieldwork to propose solution accordingly
- Execute the approved plans and projects of the People Development Department (PD)
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive the PD Projects
- Communicate and collaborate with external business partners to run Con Cung Employee Engagement Programs
- Continuously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
- Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing or experience in Hospitality
- At least 1-year experience in service or office field
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
- Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design application is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
- Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
