Position Summary:
• To supervise the distributors assigned - to be covering the administration, development and program compliance to maximize Heineken Hanoi portfolio brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Call Frequency Plan by ensuring all calls are made on schedule and expected outcome achieved.
• Develop/prepare Distributor Profiling covering both distributors and sub –distributors.
• Review all assigned Distributor performance to ensure business and distribution grow.
• Implement RTM strategy.
• Distributor's operation management.
• Distributor capability development.
• Coordinate with Field sales and other department to ensure policy/program compliance in assigned Distributor.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
• University graduate on Business Administration/Economics.
• Over 5year working experience in Sales management/FMCG.
• Proven track record in Distributor management.
• Enthusiastic, good looking, honest.
• Willing to travel.
