- The Senior Business Analyst will support the Oil, Gas & Chemicals and Minerals businesses by analyzing operational processes, gathering and managing requirements, and coordinating with business teams, IT and vendors to implement and enhance digital solutions.
- The role ensures that business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized and delivered in alignment with operational objectives and IT governance standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs and challenges into practical digital solutions.
- Gather, analyze and manage business requirements; prepare standard documentation such as
- BRD, SRS and FRS , as well as process flows, functional diagrams and product roadmaps.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, data structures and system workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors and regional stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial concept and design through implementation and post-deployment support.
- Monitor project progress, manage priorities, identify risks and issues, and provide timely updates or escalation to management.
- Lead and support assigned digital transformation projects, including the implementation and continued enhancement of the
- Pre-Order System for the OGC and Minerals businesses in Vietnam and Singapore.
- Support service-related issue resolution and ensure project deliverables comply with business specifications, development processes and IT governance requirements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Leader, Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of requirements documentation, including
- BRD, SRS and FRS , as well as business process mapping and diagramming.
- Good understanding of at least one core business process area, such as
- Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay or Record-to-Report .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
