Key Functions:

As a head to take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.

Work Functions:

▪ Sales planning

▪ Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements

▪ Responsible for Budgeting & Achieving sales targets

▪ Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers

▪ Make regular visits to all Key customers

▪ Responsible for detailed market information like :

• Trend & market conditions
• Customer requirements
• Market requirements
• Price & competitors
• Business opportunities

▪ Responsible for market development

▪ Develop the Pricing

▪ New product identification and development

▪ Responsible for the sales performance of the sales team

▪ MIS Reports

▪ Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands

▪ Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Marketing Department

▪ Responsibility for achieving the Gross Margin

Position Criteria:

▪ Fluent in Vietnamese and English

▪ Graduate, preferably with a management degree

▪ Minimum Experience of 10 years in Sales& Marketing of Food Ingredients to factories.

▪ Knowledge of SAP preferable

▪ Understanding related products in the market
