Senior Accountant - Accountant Receivable and Credit Control

- Be responsible for AR settlement execution for all customers of respective Sales Unit to ensure timely, accurate record of AR movement and right accounting recognition for Trade investment’s authorized settlement.
- Drive effectiveness of AR management with Customers and liquidation process, monitor DSO KPI within AOP of respective Sales Unit.
- Timely and accurate record of collection and do Bank reconciliation of respective Sales Unit
- Execute AR settlement as per authorization & process lead time, accurately recognize of AR adjustment, provision/ write off for bad debt
- Safeguard the compliance with local Tax and other Legislations for Adjustment Invoice/ Transaction
- Ensure effectiveness of AR management with accurate & timely AR control/ reconciliation with Customers, liquidation process, monitor DSO KPI within AOP for respective Sales unit
- Prepare and monitor Glass turn reports, deposit movement, AR Aging Provision….
- Initiate improvement on working process, implement best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting.
- GCS Self-test for AR control related process
- Support tax/corporate/independent audit and ad-hoc projects assigned.

• BA or MA degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance. Minimum 3 years experiences in similar roles.
• Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.
  - Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system
  - Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skill (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint) 
  - Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
  - Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
  - Ability to lead the agenda, initiate and implement best practice tool/processes to improve effectiveness in daily operation
  - Ability to coach and build team’s capability on technical accounting, tax, policies and controls process through knowledge/ best practice sharing, rotation and training.
