Workforce Research and Insights Lead - SPX Express

• Lead and manage Workforce Management (WFM) related projects end to end.
• Conduct labor market research and generate insights to support strategic decisions for WFM teams.
• Plan and organize internal immersion trips to key regions to deepen on site labor market understanding.
• Standardize nationwide workforce processes, booking systems, and operational workflows for blue collar labor.
• Partner with functional teams to roll out improvements and ensure operational alignment.
• Provide structured updates, reporting, and recommendations to management level.
• Other tasks that assigned by management team

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, HR, or related field.
• 3 – 5+ years of experience in mass WFM, operations, research, or equivalent.
• Proven project management capability.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Structured, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders both in English and Vietnamese
• Experience with blue collar workforce models is a plus.
• Comfortable traveling for field immersions.
