Scrum Master

Act as a lead facilitator of regular agile cadence 

Lead evolution of and own product vision and customer value proposition

Collectively build product vision and time-horizon based roadmap

Collectively build product MVP and release plan

Work with delivery team to ensure acceptance of user stories by acting as proxy to end-users and / or customer

Facilitate backlog grooming exercises

Lead sprint demo and review conversations

Facilitate functional progress update to impacted stakeholders

Shield squad and support scrum master in ensuring MVP (and CVP) spirit is maintained from untoward impact of scope creep.
