Sales Representative (adhesive/homebased Hanoi)

The Engineering Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers and new business opportunities. The work begins with evaluating the market, developing leads, contacting prospects, making appointments, and determining application opportunities. Next, the sales professional audits the prospect’s operations, considers alternatives, prepares professional proposals and/or quotes, makes winning presentations, and gains commitment from the customer. Finally, the sales professional takes personal responsibility for the care of the customer through coordination of all parties participating in the relationship. The successful sales professional is always striving to expand their contact database and his/her technical knowledge and interpersonal skills 

Skills/Experiences

• Bi-lingual (Vietnamese and Chinese), but experienced candidates in relevant industry (adhesive/chemical) with good English skills can be also considered.
• 3+ years of experience of related industrial experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in a related field of study or equivalent training or experience.
• Above average PC skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office products and windows based software.
• Must be meticulous with above average detail orientation, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to be self-directed and individually resourceful, working independently but also

within a fast-paced team environment.

• Always maintain professionalism and have strong customer service and verbal

• communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and expanding company.
