Sales Engineer – North - HN

(Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division)

Reports to: Country Division Sales Leader

Typical products: Adhesives and Tapes (General Industry)

Salary range: 23.000.000 – 25.000.000 VND plus Allowance

Working time: Mon – Fri (8:30 – 17:30)

1.      Work Location:

Hanoi Office, 15F, GELEX Building, 52 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi

2.      Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments.
• Be accountable for promotion and sales of a broad range of products/solutions in the assigned market segment
• Create a sales plan that will enable enhanced relationships with end users/accounts and distributors in designated territory.
• Conduct daily sales calls/co-field calls with channel sales reps and other sales reps.
• Support the demonstration activities, product testing with sales cycles at end-users
• Develop business network and new sales opportunities, pursue sales leads and addresses the needs of larger accounts.- Build and develop the sales out competencies of assigned territory’s resources.
• Coordinate with Technical & sales Team to implement the sales blitz for new product launching and signature products/go-to products.
• Implement the process mapping and division solutions’ proposal to increase wallet shares at top key-accounts.

3.      Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree- Had experiences in sales, sales-out field
• Technical Background is preferred.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Result-oriented, passionate, and self-motivation
