- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access (DBMS), Excel and Analysis tools such as Power Query (M-Query), Power Pivot for collecting, analysing, evaluating and reporting data in order to increase sales productivity
- Analyse sales and performance records/KPI, interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of conditions of loan products if any.
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
- Analyse line of business operations to determine profitability and to establish baseline for action and operational changes
- Develop model and reporting structure that identify the costs
- Co-ordinate the compete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channel.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics or other related studies; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in bank / finance companies.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw findings from figures.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
- Good at Microsoft Access, Excel, Power Pivot.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
