Sales Logistics Executive

Position Overview

• The primary responsibility is to  identify and develop new customers  and explore business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
• The role also provides back-office support to the Manager, including  documentation, reporting, billing, and customer-centric programs .

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Proactively identify and acquire new customers in logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, etc.).
• Develop and expand business opportunities to meet sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Candidates with an existing customer portfolio are highly preferred.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to understand customer needs in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Coordination & Support
• Collaborate with internal teams to design suitable logistics solutions and service models.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, appendices, and related reports under the Manager’s supervision.
• Support documentation and sales-related administrative tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• From 01 to 03 years of experience in Sales within Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
• Having an existing customer base is a strong advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Result-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of English (especially for working with international clients/agents).
