Sales Admin Manager (FMCG)

• Our Client is a company in Food. They are looking for the highly qualified candidate for Sales Admin Manager (FMCG & Food) position.

Working Location: HCM City.
Weekly working time: Monday – Friday, 1/2 Saturday.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Cooperate with related department about Sales matter relating to policies, SOP, volume for distributors, production forecast, …
• Work with Sales manager to review and revise policies regarding to sales force, sales area and distributors.
• Be in touch with distributors and sales force to provide support for sale attempt.
• Analyze index, contribute opinion to help raise sales volume and Advise CEO on related matters.
• Supervise subordinate and implement sales activities, promotion, policies, Customer Service activity. Compliance: make sure all sales contracts, policies, procedures is correct according to Vietnamese Law.
• Control department headcount, budget, organization.
• Check sales-force debt collecting status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor graduated.
• 5 years experiences in Sales/Sales Admin/Distribution and at least 2 years in manager position.
• Comfortable working and communicating in English.
• Excellent Communication, People management, Analysis, Excel skills.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: $1300 - $1600.
• To be paid social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance under the basic salary of the labor contract.
