Admin Phòng Thu Mua (FMCG)

Working time: Monday to Saturday – Office hours (Hybrid working)

Location: 156 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC

Description:

+ Contracts Admin:

• Coordination with Infosys for getting final contract (UPA-Unilever Purchase Agreement, CTC-

• Commercial Term Contract, or STC-Special Term Contract) with foreign suppliers or VN local supplier that do not use e-Contract.

• Print the final contract (UPA, CTC and STC)
• Arrange the sign-off process of contract to Personal Care Head of Supply Chain SEA (or Factory Lead as per SOA/POA) and Suppliers.
• Mapping of hard and soft copy of contract by supplier and by year.
• Provide hard copy of contract for External Authorities to Review.

+ Contract Tracker Reporting

• Create, update the contract tracking report
• Share regularly the contract tracking report to Infosys and internal UL Procurement, Finance or other relevant team.

Requirements:

Having experience in similar position(s) is an advantage.

A minimum of bachelor's level qualification.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese (writing and communication).

Proficient in using MS Office application.

Attention to details and ability to work both independently and as a team.

Sense of working with system and able to manage high volume of documents.

Gross monthly salary: 12 – 15 mil/month
