- The IT Intern will support the IT team in maintaining daily operations and providing IT support to the Retail business.
- The role will be involved in documentation, data management, Retail store support, and coordination of IT-related activities and projects.
- Maintain IT documentation, data, and reports.
- Support daily IT operations and IT requests from Retail stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to follow up on IT issues and requests.
- Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment records, and store setup.
- Support IT activities for new store openings and Retail projects.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the IT team.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Practical experience in IT Operations within a Retail environment.
- Exposure to IT systems, equipment, and operational processes across Retail stores.
- Documentation, IT asset management, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- How IT supports day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced Retail organization.
- BENEFITS
- Internship Allowance: 3,000,000 VND / month
- Company-paid parking, or VND 450,000/month via payroll if parking is not registered.
