Quality Control (Garment)

Job Description

• Checking daily out-put garments and making sure garments meet Company standards.
• Compare production sample with Company approved product i.e., approved seal sample (Hang Tags, Bag Label) Buyer’s tech pack (Digital Artwork) and specifications…
• Product must be accurately measured according to Company size chart.
• Inform to QA Manager, Sewing line Supervisor, Chief, Manager for all defects immediately when found.
• Discuss or recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Making reports and send to related Depts.
• May need to do 100% inspection based on situation/special orders.
• Work with factory and Pattern Team on Construction/Repair as needed.

Requirement

• English skill (Required IELTS level 6+) able to communicate (written and verbal) with American team
• Can speak Vietnamese with great fluency
• Able to communicate with the Printing company to ensure correct UPC, barcodes and artwork (Color accuracy for printed fabric, etc.)
• Able to read UPC barcodes, count and read numbers in English (Standard & Metric System)
• Have access to internet and have a phone to be able to work remotely in the factory
• Experienced in logistics, shipment and container paperwork
