QA & ISO Executive

1.1 Quality Assurance Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of metal fabrication processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to address quality issues.
• Review and analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and root causes.
• 1.2   ISO Certification & Compliance:
• Manage and maintain ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and inspections.
• Prepare and submit required documentation and reports for ISO compliance.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures comply with ISO standards and regulations.

1.3   Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality and ISO compliance reports to management.
• Complete required quality documents, including inspection certificates, test reports, and compliance certificates.
• Submit completed quality documents to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are met.
• Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.

1.4   Training & Development

• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
• 1.5   Customer and Supplier Interaction:
• Handle customer complaints and feedback related to quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards

• College degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ISO management within a manufacturing company.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
