Project Manager

Work Location: HCMC & Binh Duong

• I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the  aluminum and glass export project  from start to finish.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the project's progress and product quality.
• Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
• Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

Quality Management

• Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
• Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.
• Communication and External Relations:
• Establish and maintain good relationships with international customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.
• Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.

Team Development

• Build and develop a high-performing project management team by identifying talent, planning succession, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities and career growth.

• Graduated with a University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager (oversea project) for developers, investors, project consultants, or subcontractors.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Skills in inspecting and evaluating product quality according to aesthetic and technical standards.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Willing to travel for business trips when necessary.
