1.Follow up PSE projects based on root cause from design to production implementation.
2.Follow up competitive benchmarking and feasibility study.
3.Communicate with suppliers to confirm component specification, target cost and lead-time.
4.Follow up handmade samples and rapid prototyping when needed.
5.Prepare 3D layout for ID to precede conceptual design.
6.Initiate documentation like BOM, ECO and SER.
7.Follow up tool plan, mold and die debugging. Evaluate the new part according to thedrawing
8.Follow up reliability testing with QA laboratory.
9.Keep product file as most updated.
10.Follow up continuous product improvement actions
This position will be based in Dau Giay, Dong Nai (only 1.5hours to travel from HCM City). Shuttle bus from District Thu Duc, 1, 9, 12/Bien Hoa - Dong Nai is available.

University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in related role.
Advanced knowledge in Injection Molding / Tooling Design and/or Metal Forming operations is anadvantage.
Experience in Gearbox system & Motor structure is an advantage.
Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, emailcommunication, 2D and 3D CAD.
Familiarity with UG NX is preferred but not mandatory.
Good level of written English.
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
